OK, Kevin, you need to copy and paste your TFP comments here. Many of your readers no longer subscribe to TFP. As you remain a Founding Member, you may not be able to comment, but you are still a subscriber thus you can read articles and read comments. For the rest of us, we can read about 10 lines of the articles, then the "Fuck You Pay to Read the Rest" and comment blackout notice.
Please invite us to the party! That is where we became your fans originally.
I second that. The 90 day hammer was going too far. I gave up on them and won’t be able to see your comments, which was the only reason I kept my sub as long as I did. Can’t justify paying them for your FreePression
It’s probably the word “ghetto” that got you banned in a fit of classic liberal white racism that word has become associated with blacks (or whatever nom de plume our culture currently utilizes). Interestingly the first Ghetto was in Venice and was meant to isolate Jews. You think the Free Press would still be high lighting and squawking about that!!
The are the first to shout to the moon about transparency. When that’s what we’ve been given with Elon Musk they bitch a fucking river. I’m just fucking sick of them.
Democrats are shouting to the moon about TRANS. Your brain is inserting your desires (1) not to think about trans-warped activists and (2) for Wild West Transparency. So it inserts "parency".
No refund and I went back and looked and I had some previous bans for 24 hours that I didn’t really disagree with that much. I can be extreme. But this time, referring to Europe as a “ghetto communist flea market”, a 90 day ban is totally psychotic.
I like making offensive comments, being offended by them, and blocking myself. It's more personal that way. See, I don't care what other people say. Just what I say.
Alas I cannot assist with your TFP mission as I have walked away and am.the better therefor. I will try to.adopt Freepression. And since you mentioned slavery:
*Substack already has a ‘mute’/‘block’ button that you can use if you are a gigantic adolescent pussy and you don’t want to see a particular person’s comments because they hurt your tum tum and make your bottom sore.*
This makes me feel much better about being blocked by Jotting in Purple, lol. Thanks Kev.
"Mormons trying to convince everyone they are normal are like toddlers who think they've actually disappeared because they covered their faces-Sorry, we can still see you"
I've been observing/tolerating her for years on TFP and Unherd while she chimes in with her bright, nasal tone, dropping the lukest of warm takes and straining for middle wit with her front of the classroom energy (but how badly she wants to be accepted as a genuine back-of-the-school-bus-bad-boy). Her strident know-it-all-ism would bother me less if it also came with *any* laugh out loud observations, which she never has.
I finally had it when she was peddling more Mormon apologist drivel, shrilly 'correcting' the author, and when I engaged her on pretty much an outright lie, she thought she'd turn over all my pogs with the slammer "I grew up in Happy Valley, Utah in the 80s" this bonafide was meant to illustrate that she grew up in the inside and has the real scoop. Well, guess who grew up one town over in the 90s? Larz.
She couldn't respond by saying "that doesn't mean anything" without immediately delegitimizing what she just barely said. Lol.
That is strange. She told us earlier this week about a commenter she wanted to block and shared the post ...... Hmmmm ...... wonder why she didn't do that with your comment ...
Perhaps because she's now deleted her comment, and perhaps because it would be embarrassing for her to reveal to her fans how shoehorned in her comment about Mormonism was in relation to the article.
Haven't been back to the Democratic Party Rehabilitation Project since they banned me for a calling islam a third world death cult, but good luck to ya!
So visiting a comment section should be like going to a Thai restaurant? Choose your spiciness level 0 through 9? Go with the most bland and uninteresting flavor, or the stuff that hurts on both ends!
Sorry that this is my third comment but how do you know if you're blocked? Do you get an email? Or does it show somewhere within your Settings/Profile?
You get a "Note" in Chat or Notes or something. When you use the app, you will see a note. It'll read like a teenage girls' club disinvitation to some confab they are hosting at one of the girl's basements. Something like "Hey there, your comment was not nice. Blah, blah." Then they'll tell you how many days your ban is. Then if you actually try to post a comment during the ban, you get a popup like the one at the top of Kevin's post. I got a couple of 24 hour bans, then a 5 day ban, then 30 days. In sequence. Then I cancelled. As it turns out, the TFP is not really journalism (for the most part). It is "takes" - opinions - by the Sapho Sisters of Lesbos or their aligned failed-from-other-publications writers like joe Nicer, Oliver Wiseman, Nellie Bowles, etc.
Thanks Running Burning Man. I went over there to check my Notes and so far, no bans. (I'm a bit surprised but when I've gotten "not nice," sometimes people don't notice. For example, there was a Note someone wrote about how bad guns are because people shoot them and how dangerous they are, blah blah, and I said "yep, especially in gun-free zones" which I meant as a sarcastic comment--guns are worse there because there are no law-abiding people carrying them to use against the criminals who don't care about gun laws and my comment actually got Liked because the author didn't see the irony of my statement. Ha ha) Anyway, thanks for the explanation.
I do know how bad TFP -- I'm non-paying subscriber and go over there solely for the comments.

can we still say ghetto blaster at least
Cultural Appropriation!
The Jews had ghettos before the blacks did. Is that why you're still allowed to hate Jews?
Democrats are so pathetic

The act of screaming in support of them/they/this/that should be called Trans-Karency
"Twitter is a private company and can do what it wants!"
<Elon buys it and dials down the hall monitoring>
"Nevermind!"
You were banned for 90 DAYS? Did they refund your money for the time you weren’t allowed to comment?
That length of time is outrageous.
No refund and I went back and looked and I had some previous bans for 24 hours that I didn’t really disagree with that much. I can be extreme. But this time, referring to Europe as a “ghetto communist flea market”, a 90 day ban is totally psychotic.
Three strike rule for past TRANSgressions
I blame Joe Biden

Correction: she did not delete the comment, I found it, I had to log out of substack in order to do so because she blocked me. lol
I remember, as a young man, being told how much better things were going to be when women were in charge. I offer the Free Press as Example #1.
pegged it.

Biden always spends Thanksgiving in Nantucket.
Given his Devout Catholic Trans Policies, they should consider changing the name to Mantuckit.
😂😂😂
You know, "There Once Was a Man From Nantucket"...
…And his “girlfriend’s” c*ck he did suck it.
Funny, but I just can’t bring myself to “like” that.
🤯🤦♂️😂🤣
